What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view.
Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Distribution will be done on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section you selected.
How do I vote?
[IF DIGITAL VOTING]: To cast your vote, simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue. This will take you directly to the voting page.
Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If yours doesn't, we recommend downloading Google Lens (Android/iOS) or using a third-party QR scanner from your app store.
If you are still having trouble, please ask a member of our on-site staff—they will be happy to assist you!
[IF MANUAL VOTING]: To take part in the voting rounds during this experience, you'll be handed a paddle. When instructed to do so by the Judge, you will be asked to raise it to submit your vote according to the options available.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes which may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation. Please be aware that performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you purchased your ticket, found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app — What is the ticket ID?). Alternatively, you can check if the exchange option is available in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app. If so, the 'Exchange date and/or time' button will appear—simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make your purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted to respect the performers and other guests.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.

RULES
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 12 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, the phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.
